Activating your Starlink kit with us is simple. Just fill out our Activation Form with your kit details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Here’s how it works:
If you're using a Starlink antenna purchased from an authorized reseller or second-hand market (without an active account) — you can connect to us immediately, with no delays.
If your antenna was purchased directly from Starlink.com — you'll need to meet Starlink’s transfer policy:
Use the antenna under your Starlink account for at least 90 days, or Pause your service for 120 days before the kit becomes eligible for transfer.
We’ll provide step-by-step instructions and assist you with any necessary account changes, documentation, and setup.
Yes — pausing your plan is available anytime.
You can pause and reactivate your service as needed, offering full flexibility for seasonal or occasional use.
Please note:
The billing cycle runs from the 1st to the last day of each month.
If you pause mid-month, service will deactivated immediatelly, but billing payment will remain non-refundable and charged until the end of that billing period.
We recommend pausing before the new month begins to avoid unnecessary charges.

Yes, you can activate your terminal at any time.
Our plans are normally charged on a calendar month basis (from the 1st to the end of the month).
If you activate your terminal on a random date during the month, your data allowance and payment will be prorated based on the remaining days in that billing cycle. The same apply for data plan.
This way, you only pay for the service period you actually use.
We unlock your terminal immediately, provided there are no outstanding balances associated with the antenna.
Once unlocked, you are free to activate your Starlink kit with us, any other provider, or directly with Starlink.
