2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old. By accepting these Terms you confirm

you are.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

• One person per account; do not share credentials

• You are responsible for everything done through your account

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to break the law or harm anyone

• Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or attack the Service

• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise the Service without our written

permission

• Use the Service to manage routers you don't legally own or have

permission to manage

• Scrape, harvest, or extract data through automated means

• Upload malicious code or content

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

• Free tier is available with limited features and 1 router

• Paid plans are billed annually (Voucher $19.99, Setup $24.99,

Pro $44.98, Advance $29.99 web-only) — prices may change with

30 days notice

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before

the renewal date

• Manage / cancel via your App Store / Google Play account (mobile)

or directly with us (web)

• Refunds are governed by Apple, Google, or our web processor's policies

• Pro-ration applies when upgrading mid-period

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, its source code, designs, logos, and content are owned

by Seny Maritime. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive,

non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your devices

for as long as you comply with these Terms.

Third-party components (open-source libraries) are governed by their

own licences, listed in the app's About → Open Source page.

7. NO WARRANTY

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty

of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness

for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the Service will always be available, error-free,

or that data sync between your router and cloud will be instant.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Seny Maritime is not liable for

indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from

your use of the Service. Total aggregate liability is capped at the

amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update

these Terms; material changes will be announced 30 days in advance

via in-app notice and email.

11. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or

terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination,

your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Seny

Maritime is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of

that jurisdiction.
