OceanLinkX Voucher Generator — Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with OceanLinkX Voucher Generator. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid features of the App.

This policy applies only to OceanLinkX Voucher Generator purchases made through LemonSqueezy. Other SENY MARITIME EOOD services have their own terms.


    1. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

    If you purchased a Paid Feature, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

    This is your statutory right and we honour it fully.


    1. How to Request a Refund

    Send an email to support@senymaritime.com including:

    • The email address used at checkout
    • Your LemonSqueezy order number
    • (Optional) The reason for the refund — helps us improve

    You may also contact LemonSqueezy directly through their customer portal.

    We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 business days.


    1. Effect of Refund on Your License

    Once a refund is issued:

    • The corresponding license key is revoked server-side at LemonSqueezy
    • The App will automatically lock the previously activated Paid Feature on the next successful license validation (which occurs once, after the 14-day refund window)
    • Attempts to continue using a refunded Paid Feature after revocation constitute a breach of our Terms of Service

    1. Outside the 14-Day Window

    After the 14-day EU withdrawal window, refunds are issued at our sole discretion, generally only in the following cases:

    • A technical fault attributable to the Software that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
    • Accidental duplicate purchase
    • Demonstrated incompatibility that was not disclosed at the point of sale

    We are a small team and we evaluate each request individually and fairly.


    1. Non-Refundable Items

    The following are not refundable:

    • Custom commercial licenses negotiated separately
    • Bulk-purchased licenses where activation has occurred on a substantial portion of the devices
    • Requests submitted in bad faith or as part of license-sharing schemes

    1. Payment Processor

    All refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

    LemonSqueezy handles all tax (including EU VAT) and refund administration. We do not store your payment details.


    1. Chargebacks

    We strongly prefer that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are reasonable and responsive — a direct refund is almost always faster than a chargeback.

    Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

    • Permanent revocation of any active licenses associated with the disputed purchase
    • Permanent ban from future purchases of our Software
