Common Issues

macOS: “Cannot verify developer”

On first launch, macOS may display a security warning.

To open the application:

  • Right-click the app icon
  • Select Open
  • Confirm the prompt

This is a one-time action.
The application is signed with our verified Apple Developer ID (HN8N2UF9L6).


License Key Activation Issues

Please verify that:

  • Your internet connection is active during activation
  • The license key was copied correctly without extra spaces
  • The license has not already been activated on another device

Each license is valid for one device only.

If you need to transfer activation, contact support first.


License Lost After Reinstalling the Operating System

Reinstalling macOS or Windows may change the device identifier used for licensing.

Please contact support and include:

  • Your LemonSqueezy order number
  • Your current operating system

We will assist with resetting the activation.


MikroTik Connection Problems

Please verify:

  • Router IP address
  • Username and password
  • API service is enabled on the router
    (default ports: 8728 or 8729 for SSL)
  • Firewall rules allow access from your computer
