OceanLinkX Voucher Generator — Terms of Service / End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to USE the Software AS-IS, subject to these Terms.

The core functionality of the Software is free for personal, non-commercial hotspot deployments.

Certain features ("Paid Features") require a paid license. Paid Features are sold separately via LemonSqueezy at €12.99 each, lifetime, valid for 1 device per license.

2. Paid Features and Activation

• Each Paid Feature license is bound to a single device upon activation.
• Re-activation on a new device may be granted at our sole discretion (contact support).
• License keys must not be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses obtained through fraud, chargeback, or any violation of these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT, without our prior written permission:

(a) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
(b) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
(c) sell, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software
(d) use the Software in any paid service or commercial product without a separate commercial license
(e) redistribute the Software, in whole or in part, in original or modified form
(f) remove or alter copyright notices, attributions, or license headers in any file
(g) bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent license verification mechanisms

4. Use With MikroTik Devices

The Software is designed to interact with MikroTik routers that you own or are authorized to administer. You are solely responsible for:

• Lawful operation of any networks you provide
• Compliance with local telecommunications, broadcasting, and data-protection regulations
• Any vouchers, hotspots, or commercial services you provide to end users using the Software

The Publisher accepts no responsibility for misuse of the Software in violation of applicable law.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to: fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or compatible with any specific MikroTik firmware version, hardware revision, or third-party plugin.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Paid Feature shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that Paid Feature in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

We may revoke any license at our sole discretion in cases of fraud, chargeback, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, available at senymaritime.com/oceanlinkx/vouchergen/refund.

You retain the full statutory protections of EU consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.

9. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Updates are provided at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of release.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

11. Consumer Rights (EU)

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU consumer protection law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. See the Refund Policy for details.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced on our website. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
